Converted to a self-financing municipal enterprise
City Council resolution 26/38 changed the organisation's legal form and approved its updated charter.
By resolution 26/38 of 20 May 2026 the City Council converted Ulaanbaatar Cable Car into a self-financing municipally owned enterprise and approved its updated charter.
Governor's order A/870 of 15 June 2026 approved the organisational structure and staffing.
